Sesame Soy London Broil

This sesame soy London broil is marinated with delicious & savory asian flavors. It comes together and cooks really quickly, making this the perfect flavorful main dish for any meal – not to mention a beautiful presentation.



  • 1 flat London broil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Mix together all the marinade ingredients and pour all over the London broil. Let marinate for 20 minutes or overnight. Broil for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 400 degrees and cook an additional 10 minutes (or until meat reaches desired temperature – you can use a thermometer). Let rest, then slice and serve.
