Summer Yogurt Bowl

A refreshing, cooling and healthy breakfast or snack for warm summer days. Add some pizzaz to plain yogurt for sweet, sour, and spicy spoonfuls that will calm your senses and keep you cool.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp hot red pepper, seeds removed, diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
  • Pure honey

Directions

Add yogurt and cucumbers to a bowl. Garnish with cilantro, hot pepper and lemon juice. Drizzle with honey. Serve with extra honey.
