Garlic Tuscan Kale

Healthy, easy, and garlickyyyyy. What more can we ask for of a side dish?



  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 bunch tuscan kale, leaves removed from large center stems
  • Sea salt


Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic & red pepper flakes, and sauté on low until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the kale leaves and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Add sea salt to taste. Pour in 4 tbsp water. Cover and let steam until slightly softened, about 2-3 minutes. Serve with flaky sea salt.
