Korean Chicken Thighs


Deliciously unique tasting chicken thanks to a special ingredient – Gochujang. A Korean chili paste, Gochujang lends depth of flavor and spiciness to this dish. Serve with rice or ramen noodles. Also feel free to swap the broccoli and butternut squash for your favorite vegetables.




Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add chicken and vegetables to a large oven safe pan. Add water to the bottom of pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients on pour on top – gently toss to make sure vegetables and chicken are coated evenly.

Cover and roast for one hour, then uncover and roast an additional 5-10 minutes.
