This is my favorite roasted cauliflower recipe. So simple and so good!
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange cauliflower on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with honey, sesame oil, olive oil, and spices. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast until soft and the tips of the cauliflower start to brown, about 20-25 minutes.
