Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butternut squash, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place butternut squash cubes on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Mix gently to incorporate. Roast until tender, about 25-30 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
