Chocolate Lava Cake (Gluten Free)




Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Add coconut oil and chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15 second increments until the chocolate is melted. Mix in the sugar, and then the eggs until smooth. Add the almond flour and salt.

Grease four 8 oz ramekins or baking cups. Fill halfway with batter. Bake until the outside is puffed and set (but inside is still soft), about 25-30 minutes.

Let cool slightly and serve.
