Add these fun hamentashen to your menu to get into the Purim spirit. Creative, yummy, and easy – you can even make them with your kids. Feel free to swap the olives for your favorite pizza toppings.
- 24 mini pizza dough rounds, thawed
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup shredded pizza cheese (2 oz)
- 24 olives, sliced
- Pinch of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pizza dough on two parchment lined baking sheets. Add about one teaspoon of sauce to the middle of each pizza dough round, top with olives, cheese and garlic powder.
Pinch dough together to create three corners and form a triangle. Pinch tightly to seal the corners.
Bake until dough is cooked and cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes.
