Spicy Korean Ribs

Finger lickin’ good spicy Korean ribs. In this recipe, it’s all about the slow cook and Gochujang – a Korean chili paste with so much depth of flavor and flexibility.

  • 1 lb boneless spare ribs
  • 4 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place ribs in an oven safe dish and add the remainder of the ingredients. Mix well. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight.
