- 4 chicken bottoms (legs & thighs)
- 4 Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1⁄2 inch wedges
- 1 1⁄2 tsp paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp turmeric
- 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 4-6 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken and potato wedges into a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Add the spices and oil, and mix well to evenly coat the potatoes and chicken – massaging some of the seasoning underneath the chicken skin as well.
Cover and roast for 50 mins, then uncover and roast an additional 5-10 minutes.
