These are a fun and quick way to use up leftover tortillas, and serve alongside some great dips. But they are even good plain! If you have everything bagel seasoning, then it’s a shortcut. If not, don’t worry – there are instructions on how to make a similar quick mix. Feel free to add/subtract spices to make it your own. If you have leftover herbs, they would also be a wonderful addition! Once baked, you can store them in a zippered bag, but they won’t last that long!
- Six 8 inch tortilla wraps
- Olive oil
- 12 tsp everything bagel seasoning + 1⁄4 tsp paprika OR 4 tsp sesame seeds, 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder, 1⁄2 tsp onion powder, 1⁄4 tsp paprika, 1⁄4 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush tortilla wraps with olive oil. Mix together the everything bagel seasoning with paprika in a small bowl OR mix together the spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle on tortillas and cut into eights.
Place chips on 2 parchment paper lined baking sheets and bake until golden brown and crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, store in a sealed bag.
